Our newly remodeled condo is conveniently located on the first floor of the A Building close to the Lazy River - a 1 minute walk. The Atlantic Ocean, hot tub/spas,multiple pools, lighted lighted tennis courts, and a children's playground are a 2 to 4 minute walk . Sliding glass doors lead to our comfortable outside balcony where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful Atlantic ocean breezes. The condo sleeps six. There are two attractively decorated bedrooms with TV's. The Master Bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with an adjoining full bath. The second bedroom has twin beds. The second full bath is situated off the spacious Living Room where there is a Queen-sized sofa/sleeper with a TV with a DVD & VCR along with games & puzzles and some beach toys for your use. All TV's are cable and have accesss to 60 + stations. Both bathrooms have wall-mounted hair dryers. A Wall Safe is for your use and is another \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"no-cost' amenity. The Living Room has a new sofa/sleeper and 2 new recliner chairs. You will also enjoy the newly painted walls and woodwork. You will also find games, puzzles and books in our living room for your enjoyment. Our condo features a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. Some other features are: central air conditioning, telephones, wireless Internet, radios, alarm clocks and a wet bar. Our Guests find that they will have a full supply of such essentials including: bathroom soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, plastic liners for the waste baskets, spices for your cooking desires, etc. Our goal is for you to have an enjoyable vacation versus a grocery shopping trip. Our floor plan is the largest one at the Resort. You will find a Balcony Box on our Balcony that is filled with toys & items for use on the beach or in the Ocean. Our condo is a Non-Smoking unit. The entrance is vis a sloped walkway that makes getting suitcases in and out easier. There are luggage carts at the entrance for your use.
