| | This is a second floor two bedroom/two bath unit (213A) with a tropical ocean view. This newly renovated unit has central heat/air conditioning and will accommodate six people. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has twin beds, and there is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. There is a color television in the living room with a VCR/DVD and a TV in both bedrooms. All three televisions have cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher.
| Additional Info | | | A deposit of $200 ($100 towards the balance and $100 for the security deposit) is due to hold the reservation. A reservation form will be emailed to you that needs to be filled out and returned with deposit. Balance is due one month prior to vacation date. The security deposit of $100 is returned to you after inspection of the unit and key return. Winter monthly rentals are available Jan. thru March at $800 per month or $750 per month if all three months are rented.
All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change. Rentals are
subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Myrtle Beach Resort. You
must be at least 23 years of age to rent and must be occupying the
unit at Myrtle Beach Resort. No pets are allowed on the Myrtle Beach
Resort property.
