Our lovely condo, A327, is located on the 3rd floor in building A and has been completely remodeled last year. We tried to make “Our Beach House” comfortable, clean and casual to help make your stay with us most enjoyable. You will enjoy the ocean cottage colors and white wicker and rattan furniture throughout.
Our condo sleeps and accommodates 6 comfortably and has central heat/air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, cable TV and adjoining remodeled bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds, a cable TV and DVD/VCR player. There is a second full bath off the hallway.
Our brand new open kitchen has new white cabinets and appliances and everything else you need for any kind of cooking and serving you care to do at the beach. Relax and enjoy this in the homey dining area.
Our new floors are a combination of light laminate hardwood and ceramic tile. There is a queen size sleeper sofa, a love seat and wicker chair to seat everyone easily in the living room. We also have a new TV with attached DVD player here.
As you enter the unit, a beautiful. panoramic oceanside view is visible through the sliding glass doors in the dining and living room which open to the balcony running the full length of the unit. Here you can sit and relax and enjoy the ocean sights and sounds. Look inside the storage bin at the end of the balcony to see all the beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and stuff you can take down to the beach and use while staying with us.
