| | Enjoy our cozy vacation condo, Unit 336A, located on the 3rd floor of the A Building. Recently remodeled, our condo is centrally located in the A Building between the ocean/large ocean front pool and the recently added Lazy River and pool complex. 336A is located near a entry/exit point for easy move in/out! This is a non smoking unit. Our condo has been tastefully updated in soothing pastels with an ocean theme. The unit easily accommodates 6 guests. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with a full bath. The second bedroom features two twin beds and another full bath off the hallway. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit also features central air conditioning, cable TV, DVD, VCR, and Wireless Internet access. The kitchen is fully equipped including stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and glasses. There are also barbecue grills and picnic tables located throughout the resort. Coin operated laundry facilities are located just down the hall. We have again kept our 2010 Rates the same as 2009!
| Additional Info | | | Our rates include exit cleaning and linens. Parking pass is a one time fee of $10.00 per vehicle (2 vehicles allowed per unit.) payable to front security gate upon arrival. A $200 refundable security deposit is required at time of booking to insure your reservation. This deposit will be promptly refunded after inspection upon your departure and condo keys returned to us. Please contact us for short and long term rates in the off-season!
All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change. Rentals are
subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Myrtle Beach Resort. You
must be at least 23 years of age to rent and must be occupying the
unit at Myrtle Beach Resort. No pets are allowed on the Myrtle Beach
Resort property.
