| | Searching for a great place to bring your family and stay on your hard earned vacation? Look no further. TAKE A LOOK AT OUR GREAT RATES!! Recently renovated, our condo is located on the fourth floor of 'A' building only 2 doors away from an elevator. The 'lazy river', and kiddie pools with supervised children's activities in the summer months are directly behind our building. Also in this area is the outside hot tub. The beach, oceanfront pool, indoor pools, "The Quarterdeck" cabana beach bar and restaurant (with nightly entertainment in season), tennis courts, children's playground and the many other amenities at the Myrtle Beach Resort are just a short walk away. There are THREE (3) new LCD TV's in the condo. One 32 inch in the living room with a DVD/VCR player; a 26 inch in the master bedroom with a DVD player and another 20 inch TV in the 2nd bedroom all with cable television. The condo sleeps six comfortably with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bring your laptop computer and go online or get your email as wi-fi is available at no additional charge. All appliances are new and the kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, pots, pans, a microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, icemaker etc. You don't need to bring anything except the food you like to eat. There are also barbeque grills and picnic tables located throughout the Resort grounds. Coin operated washers and dryers are located just down the hall from the condo. Check out the great new restaurants, stores and shopping at the new Market Commons on the site of the former Myrtle Beach Air Force Base - it's only a few miles away. There are hundreds of other specialty stores and shops in the area including the Coastal Grand Mall and Broadway at the Beach. Great condo - great amenities - great rates - great value. You won't be disappointed.

We simply prefer to make our rates affordable for working families who might like to take their hard earned vacation at the Myrtle Beach Resort. God has been good to us and our family ane we would like to help others in some small way in these difficult economic times. Our condo is tastefully decorated with newer furnishings and appliances. We employ a terrific local cleaning person who keeps the condo in immaculate condition. A fully refundable $200.00 security/damage deposit is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation. This deposit will be promptly refunded after satisfactory inspection upon your departure and the keys are mailed back to and received by the owner. This is a non-smoking condo. Maximum occupancy is six (6) persons including children. The principal renter in our condo must be at least 25 years old. When responding please indicate number of adults, number of childre and their ages. Sorry - no daily rentals. All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change. Rentals are
subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Myrtle Beach Resort. You
must be at least 23 years of age to rent and must be occupying the
unit at Myrtle Beach Resort. No pets are allowed on the Myrtle Beach
Resort property.
