| | Just steps from the sandy beach, oceanfront pool and outdoor Cabana bar, our oceanfront condo is conveniently located on the first floor. The bedroom has a plush pillow top mattress queen size with cable/TV, one bath with shower/bath combo, and an extra sink with vanity in the hallway. There is a single bunk in the hallway with storage beneath and cabinets overhead. The kitchen offers granite countertop with full size appliances which include a refrigerator, ceramic top range, dishwasher and microwave. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa with Cable/TV, and a DVD player.. Wi-Fi is also included. Beach chairs and beach umbrella are in the condo. Views from the balcony are breathtaking.

A $200 security deposit is due within 10 days of receiving your written confirmation/contract. The balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
