| | Our ocean front one bedroom condo is located on the second floor of the B building. It was recently remodeled and refurnished to ensure that you will have a comfortable and carefree vacation. Sleeping arrangements are flexible with a queen bed and plush pillow top mattress in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and two bunks beds in a private area off the main halllway.
Our new Kraftmaid kitchen features solid surface countertops and under-cabinet lighting. It is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, dishes, silverware, pots and pans.
There is a new 32 inch Sony HD LCD TV with cable, HBO, and a DVD player in the living room, and a Sony TV with cable and HBO in the bedroom. Our unit also has a telephone/answering machine with free local calls, free Wi-Fi, and central heat/air conditioning.
| Additional Info | | | This is a NO-SMOKING condo. We require a $200 security deposit which is refunded after an exit inspection and return of the keys. A $200 deposit (this is applied to the rental) is required within one week of phone or e-mail confirmation to book your reservation on our calendar. The balance of the rental plus the $200 security deposit is due 30 days prior to the start of your rental date. All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to change. Rentals are
subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Myrtle Beach Resort. You
must be at least 23 years of age to rent and must be occupying the
unit at Myrtle Beach Resort. No pets are allowed on the Myrtle Beach
Resort property.
