The atrium building is also home to an indoor pool, jacuzzi, game room, gym and sauna. The condo has a spectacular view of the ocean and sits close to a large Sun Deck which also offers an awesome view of the ocean and a beautiful fountain pond. RECENTLY REMODELED WITH NEW RUGS, TILE, FURNITURE, LIVING ROOM SET WHICH OPENS TO A QUEEN SIZE BED, T.V's, XBOX GAME, APPLIANCES, MATTRESSES, BRAND NEW SEVEN FOOT SLIDING GLASS BALCONY DOORS, NEW CENTRAL AIR UNIT, A BEAUTIFUL NEW PAINT JOB AND FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS. It is centrally located and a short walk to the beach and the new LAZY RIVER POOL. We have a gorgeous two bedroom two bath unit. Both bedrooms are equipped with TV/VHS's and there is a TV/DVD/VHS in the living room. The building has an elevator and is handicapped accessible with round the clock security. Our family OWNS and OPERATES 3 Units in the B building and 1 in the Five Seasons Center and can accommodate families and friends traveling together.
