We are already booked through May 1, 2011 with several summer weeks already reserved. If you are thinking of returning next year, we will be happy to tentatively schedule you on the calendar. A reminder will be sent in January for your Reservation Fee of $ 175.00, and as usual, your rental payment will not be due until thirty days prior to your vacation.**

This is our privately owned second home that we are happy to share with you to make your vacation one of fond memories. During your stay we know you will respect our home - as your own home away from home - and as our welcome sign states:

Our convenient location which is just outside the Myrtle Beach city limits, is surrounded by great shopping, live theater and musical shows galore, historical tours and fine dining to satisfy all your gourmet tastes.

Our ocean view condo is located on the sunrise side of the eleventh floor of the Renaissance Tower. From inside the condo and from the private balcony, you have a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful white sands of the Grand Strand. On a clear day you can see all the way to Little River and the North Carolina border.

The master bedroom is complete with a queen size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room provides a queen size sleeper sofa. To make your stay enjoyable, wireless Internet, cable TV, free HBO and local telephone service is provided at no additional cost. The efficiency kitchen is fully equipped and includes a coffee maker, microwave, all utensils, dishwasher, full size stove, full-size refrigerator with ice maker.

To help us keep our rates low, we ask that, if possible, you bring your own linens however. linens will be available should you need them.
We have 2 twin beds and a queen size bed and pull out sofa.
